Kept in India, backed up nightly
If a server fails, your salon doesn’t lose a day
Frizzi runs on servers in Mumbai, India. Every night at 2:30 am, a full copy of the database is made and kept on the server for 14 days.
That copy is then sent off the server to private, encrypted storage, also in Mumbai, where it is kept for 90 days, with every version. The job that sends it can only add backups: it can’t read or delete them, so a problem on the server can’t wipe them. The backup counts as done only when the copy has really arrived.
On top of that, snapshots of the whole server are kept for the last 7 days.

Each salon kept apart
Nobody sees your salon who shouldn’t
Every salon on Frizzi shares the software, never the data. Two separate locks keep it that way, and sign-in is built so a shared counter tablet stays safe.
Checked on every request
Each time anyone opens a screen or saves something, the server checks who they are, their role, and which branches they work at.
Checked inside the database
Row-level security in the database itself keeps each salon’s rows apart, so even a mistake in the app can’t show one salon another’s data.
Clients stay yours
A client has one profile per salon, by mobile number. It is never shared with another salon, even when the same person visits both.
No passwords to steal
Sign in with your mobile number, an SMS code and a 6-digit PIN. Easy PINs like 123456 are refused. Five wrong tries lock the login for 15 minutes.
PINs stored safely
PINs are kept only as Argon2id hashes, never as the PIN itself. Setting a new PIN signs you out of every other device.
Right screens for each role
Stylists never see client phone numbers, and commission rates are for the owner only.

Money records that can’t quietly disappear
Bills are never deleted
The database refuses to delete bills, wallet entries or ledgers. A mistake is fixed by cancelling or refunding with a reason, which leaves a trail and a GST credit note where needed.
An audit log of every change
Changes to branches, staff and settings are logged: who, when, and what it was before and after. There is no screen for it in the app yet; we look it up on request.
Private files, short links
Staff ID documents and check-in selfies are never public. They open through a link that lasts 5 minutes, every view is logged, and selfies are deleted after 90 days.

Download all your data
Take a full copy of your salon whenever you like
Owners can tap Download all my data on the Your plan page at any time. You get one ZIP of spreadsheet (CSV) files for your salon: clients, bills with their lines and payments, appointments, expenses, advances, staff, attendance, stock movements, payroll, payslips and salary payments, the wallet and dues ledger, branches, services and products.
It works on every plan, Basic included, and even when the salon is view-only because an invoice is unpaid. Your records are never held back to make you pay. PIN hashes are never in the file.
A copy once a month, kept on your own computer, is a good habit whatever software you use.

Safe account deletion
Delete your account safely, with 30 days to change your mind
Anyone can delete their own Frizzi account: in the Frizzi Business app under More → Delete my account, or in the client app under Profile.
- Only you can do it. Frizzi texts a 6-digit code to the account’s own number, and only that code can delete it.
- You’re signed out on every device as soon as you confirm.
- 30 days to undo. Sign in again with the same number before then and tap Keep my account: everything is back as it was.
- After 30 days, the login and personal details are deleted. Salons keep their own records of visits, bills, attendance and pay, as the law requires.

What we don’t claim. Frizzi doesn’t hold security certificates or outside audits, so this page shows no badges, and we won’t call it “bank-grade”. What’s written here is what the software does. Questions
Where is my salon’s data kept?
On servers in Mumbai, India. Nightly encrypted backups are copied off the server to private storage, also in Mumbai, and kept for 90 days.
Can another salon on Frizzi see my clients?
No. Every request is checked for the salon, role and branch, and the database itself keeps each salon’s rows apart with row-level security. A client who visits two salons has two separate records.
What if someone at the desk deletes bills?
They can’t. Bills and money records are never deleted. A bill can only be cancelled or refunded with a reason, owners are told, and every change is in the audit log.
Can I get all my data out of Frizzi?
Yes, at any time, on every plan, even when the salon is view-only. “Download all my data” gives one ZIP of spreadsheets with clients, bills, appointments, staff, attendance, stock and payroll.
What happens if I delete my account by mistake?
Sign in again with the same number within 30 days and tap Keep my account. Everything comes back as it was. Deleting needs a code sent to your own number, so it can’t happen by a stray tap.
