The client card
Salon software in Chennai with client records the whole team can use
One profile per mobile number, shared by all your branches from Velachery to OMR. Every bill is on it, with the services, the stylist and what was paid. Frizzi adds the habits by itself: how often they come, when they are next due, their favourite stylist and their top three services.
The notes that matter are kept where people see them. An allergy or skin note shows with a warning sign. The colour formula is on the profile, so a new stylist can match last time’s shade. Stylists see the history they need, but never the client’s phone number.

At risk
Away for one and a half times their usual gap. Still easy to bring back.
Lost
Away three times their usual gap, or more than 180 days.
Win back
A list with a priority from 0 to 100, so you call the most valuable first.
Messages
Bring regulars back before they drift
In Plus, automatic messages go out on their own, each off until you switch it on: a note when a client is due back, a “we miss you” when they become At risk, birthday and anniversary wishes, and a thank-you with a feedback link.
They go in the free Frizzi client app first (coming soon). To send them on WhatsApp automatically, connect your salon’s own WhatsApp Business number; otherwise reception can send them from a tap-to-send list. Offers go only to clients who said yes, at most one a week by default, and never between 9 pm and 9 am.

FAQ
Questions from Chennai salons
Can I bring my old client list into Frizzi?
Not yet. Only the service menu imports, from Excel or CSV. Clients are added as they visit, by mobile number, and their profile builds from the first bill.
Can stylists see a client’s phone number?
No. Stylists see the client’s name, history and notes, but never the number. Owners, managers and reception can.
Can I export my clients?
Yes. Owners and managers can export clients to Excel, and owners can download all the salon’s data as CSV files at any time, on any plan.
Is Frizzi available in Tamil?
The app is in English only for now. Prices are in rupees, with Indian dates and GST formats.
