Every branch costs the same. For example, Pro for 7 branches is 7 × ₹1,499 = ₹10,493 a month, plus GST.
1,000 reminders and updates for ₹249, or 500 promotional messages for ₹599, plus GST. Packs never expire. Push notifications are always free.
Pick a plan in the app under More → Your plan. Frizzi sends a GST invoice, and you pay by UPI or bank transfer within 15 days. No card needed.
Your salon moves to Basic, unless you chose Plus or Pro. The first invoice comes 7 days before the trial ends. Nothing you made during the trial is lost.
Yes. An upgrade starts at once, with an invoice for the difference for the days left. A downgrade, or a change between monthly and yearly, starts at your next renewal.
Everything keeps working until 7 days after the due date. Then the salon becomes view-only: you can still see and download everything, but nothing new can be made until the invoice is paid. Paying puts everything back at once.
No. Staff and clients are unlimited on every plan. You pay per open branch.
No. Frizzi never takes a share of a bill or a booking. Clients pay you at the salon, by cash, UPI or card.
Yes. Owners can download all the salon’s data at any time, on any plan, even when view-only: clients, bills, appointments, staff, stock and more, as spreadsheet files.
