Multi-branch salon software, one salon with many doors
A client who visits two of your branches should be one client, with one wallet. Frizzi’s multi-branch salon software shares clients, the menu and staff across branches, and keeps what belongs to a branch, like its stock, its cash drawer and its hours, with that branch.
- “All branches” or one, from the top of every screen
- Managers and reception see only their branches
- The same price for every branch, no setup fee

Multi-branch salon software: what’s shared, what’s per branch
Frizzi has two levels: your salon, and its branches. A single shop is one salon with one branch, and the branch choices stay hidden.
| Shared or per branch | In short | |
|---|---|---|
| Clients | Shared | One profile per mobile number, with the same history at every branch |
| Wallet and dues | Shared | One balance per client: top up at one branch, spend at another |
| Memberships, packages, points | Shared | Bought at one branch, used at any (Plus) |
| Service menu | Shared | One menu; a service can have its own price and time at a branch |
| Staff | Shared | One team; a person can work at several branches |
| Reports and analytics | Both | “All branches” adds them up; pick one to see it on its own |
| Opening hours and UPI ID | Per branch | Each branch its own hours and, if you like, its own UPI ID |
| Stock | Per branch | Each branch its own levels, value and low-stock alerts |
| Cash tally | Per branch | Each drawer counted on its own |
| GPS check-in | Per branch | Its own place on the map and its own circle |
| Holidays and attendance rules | All or chosen branches | A branch can have rules of its own (Pro) |
| Gift vouchers, coupons, offers | All or chosen branches | Run an offer only where you need it |
| Rooms and the walk-in queue | Per branch | Each branch its own (Plus) |
| The Frizzi client app | Per branch | Each branch listed with its own place on the map (the client app is coming soon) |
One switcher
All branches, or just one, from the top of every screen
The branch switcher sits at the top: All branches or one. Owners see everything. Analytics adds a branches chart once you have two or more, with each branch’s takings, bills and average bill against the period before.
The rest follows the same switch. Attendance shows each branch in its own section, the Stock page shows one branch’s shelf or the sum, and reports such as the Day-wise summary and Expenses by head give each branch its own row or column.
- Branch comparison on the dashboard
- Every report for one branch or all
- Stock and attendance by branch too
Sample data
People across branches
Staff who cover more than one branch
Scoped by branch
Managers and reception see and work only at their branches. Every request is checked for role and branch, so a manager at one branch never sees another’s cash.
Moves, with history
Move someone to another branch with a date and a note. Their page keeps where they worked and when, the services they did and the clients they served at each branch.
Lending for a few days
Short of a stylist on Saturday? Lend one from another branch for some days. Their salary stays with their own branch, and commission follows the bills.
Check in where they are
Someone who works at two branches picks the branch when checking in, and that branch’s GPS circle applies.
Advances follow the person
An advance belongs to the person, not the branch, but still counts in the cash tally of the branch that paid it.
Managers add their own team
A manager can add reception and stylists at their branches. Only owners add managers and other owners.
Money and stock
Each branch’s money stays its own
A cash tally for each drawer
Every branch counts its own drawer at closing: Matches, Short or Over. Owners hear about a short count, and get a weekly note when one branch is short three times in 30 days.
Stock per branch, transfers in Pro
Each branch has its own shelf, value and alerts. With Pro, send stock between branches: it is “on the way” until the other branch taps Received, and a shortfall needs a reason.
Branch prices for services
A haircut can cost more at one branch than another, with its own time too. Products and combos have one price everywhere.
One UPI ID, or one per branch
Each branch can have its own UPI ID, so money goes to the right account. Without one, the salon’s UPI ID is used.

What many branches cost
Every open branch costs the same. There is no multi-branch discount and no setup fee. A month, before 18% GST.

Said plainly
What multi-branch Frizzi doesn’t do
- No franchise tools. There is no royalty, no head-office price lock, and no franchisee or area views. Frizzi is for an owner, or partners, running many branches of their own salon. If you own franchised outlets of another brand, Frizzi can run your outlets, but it has nothing for the brand’s head office.
- Branch prices are for services only. Products and combos have one price at every branch.
- One WhatsApp Business number per salon, not one per branch.
- Staff moves are dated today or earlier. You can’t schedule a move for next month yet.
- One GSTIN, in practice. If your branches are in different states with their own GSTINs, talk to us before you start.
- No side-by-side profit view per branch yet. Pick a branch and Analytics and Profit and loss show that branch on its own.

How it works
Running several branches on Frizzi
Add your branches
Each with its address, opening hours and place on the map. A single shop can add a second branch later.
Put staff where they work
One branch or several. Managers and reception see only theirs.
Set what differs
A branch’s UPI ID, GPS circle, service prices and holidays, only where they differ.
Watch the whole salon
Pick “All branches” at the top for the total, or one branch to look closer.
FAQ
Questions
Do clients have to be added again at each branch?
No. A client is one profile per mobile number across your whole salon, with the same history, notes and balance at every branch. Profiles are never shared with other salons.
Can a client use her wallet or membership at another branch?
Yes. Wallet money, dues, memberships, packages and points work at every branch. Gift vouchers, coupons and offers can be limited to chosen branches if you want.
Is there a discount for many branches?
No. Every open branch costs the same: ₹99, ₹799 or ₹1,499 a month plus GST, depending on the plan. Paying yearly gives two months free. With more than 15 branches, talk to us for an agreed price.
Can a manager see other branches?
No. Managers and reception see and work only at the branches they are given. Owners see every branch.
Does Frizzi have franchise management tools?
No. There are no royalty, head-office price-lock or franchisee tools. Frizzi runs many branches of one salon, with one client list and one team.
Can I move stock between branches?
Yes, with Pro. Stock sent from one branch is “on the way” until the other taps Received, and any shortfall is recorded with a reason. Each branch keeps its own stock in every plan.
Can I see one branch’s profit?
Yes. Pick the branch at the top and Analytics and Profit and loss show that branch alone; “All branches” adds them up. A side-by-side profit view for each branch isn’t built yet.
