Why it exists
Salon management software for salons with more than one branch
Running several salons across Delhi brings problems a single counter never has. A client gets a haircut at one branch one week and a hair spa at another the next, and expects both branches to know her. A stylist covers another branch on a Sunday, and his commission still has to land on the right payslip. Every cash drawer has to be counted every night, and the owner wants to know which one was short without driving to each.
Registers, Excel sheets and general billing apps each solved one piece. None of them kept the clients, the money, the staff and the GST in one place. Frizzi does: a till, GST billing, appointments, staff pay and 39 reports, all for salons and nothing else.
It works for any salon in India. And if you run a salon in Delhi, it handles the problems you know: Saturday rush, staff who move between branches, and an accountant who wants clean monthly GST figures.

Money alerts
You hear when someone else cancels, refunds or changes a bill, when a discount over someone’s limit is approved, and when a client was marked “here” but never billed.
A day-end summary
Thirty minutes after each branch closes, owners and managers get a summary of the day in the app. No phone calls to each counter.
Staff who move, or cover for a day
Move a stylist to another branch with a date and a note, or lend them for a few days. Their salary stays at their own branch and commission follows the bills they made.
Managers see only their branches
A manager in one branch can’t see another branch’s takings. Commission rates are visible to owners only.
For your accountant: the monthly GST report gives sales and tax per GSTIN, ready for GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, and the Tally export makes the month’s entries. How it works
Moving your Delhi salon onto Frizzi
Add your branches
Name each one, with its hours, address and UPI ID. The setup takes up to 20 branches at the start.
Bring in your menu
Import your services from Excel or CSV, or type them in. Give a branch its own price where it charges more.
Add your team
Owner, manager, reception or stylist, each with the branches they work at. They sign in with their mobile number and a PIN.
Start billing
Clients are added as they come in, by mobile number. By the end of the first month you have their history at every branch.

Questions from Delhi salons
Is Frizzi a Delhi company?
Yes. Frizzi is based in Delhi and registered for GST in Delhi, so a Delhi salon sees CGST and SGST on Frizzi’s own invoice. There is no shop or office to visit: everything is set up online, and help is by email at hello@frizzi.app.
What does salon software cost for five branches?
Each branch costs the same. Five branches on Basic are ₹495 a month, on Plus ₹3,995, and on Pro ₹7,495, all plus 18% GST. Yearly plans give two months free. Every salon starts with 35 days of Pro free, with no card. See pricing.
Can I see all my branches together?
Yes. The branch switcher at the top has “All branches”, and every report and the analytics dashboard can add them together or show one at a time.
Does a client need a new profile at each branch?
No. One mobile number is one client across all your branches, with one wallet or due balance and one history. Each salon’s clients are kept apart from every other salon on Frizzi.
Can I charge more for a haircut in one branch?
Yes. Any service can have its own price and time at one branch. Products and combos keep one price everywhere.
