Salon billing software in Bengaluru, built around UPI
Tap “Show UPI QR” and a code appears on the screen with the bill’s amount in it. The client scans, pays, and the money goes straight into your own bank account. Frizzi never holds it and takes no share of it.
Each branch can have its own UPI ID, so a Jayanagar branch’s money lands in its own account. Clients who split a bill between UPI and cash, or pay a little extra, are handled too: the extra goes back in cash, into their wallet, or towards a due.

Every Frizzi salon is listed in the free Frizzi client app, coming soon to Google Play and the App Store. Clients search by service, see your menu, prices and team, and book a stylist or “anyone free”. They pay at the salon.
You set the rules: how soon before a visit people can book, how far ahead (up to 90 days), which services and stylists are bookable, and whether you accept each booking yourself first.

The receipt opens the moment you charge. Send it on WhatsApp, share a PDF, or print it. Clients with the Frizzi app also find every bill from every Frizzi salon they visit under Visits, with refunds shown.

Questions from Bengaluru salons
Does the UPI money go through Frizzi?
No. The QR uses your own UPI ID, so the money goes from the client straight to your bank account. Frizzi never holds it and takes no share of any bill.
When will the client app be out?
It is ready and coming soon to Google Play and the App Store. Until then, you can take bookings by phone and walk-in in Frizzi Business, which works in the browser today.
Can clients pay online when they book?
No. Booking in the Frizzi app always says “Pay at the salon”. If you want a deposit, the desk takes it by UPI, cash or card (deposits are in Plus).
Does Frizzi handle professional tax for Karnataka staff?
No. Payroll (in Pro) does salary, commission, leave and advances, but not professional tax, PF or ESI. Karnataka levies professional tax on salaries, so add it as a deduction by hand each month and check the slab with your CA.
