For barbershops
Barbershop software for a full bench on Saturday
Haircut, beard, next. A barbershop lives on speed and walk-ins, and a ₹300 ticket can’t carry expensive barbershop software. Frizzi bills a cut and beard in a few taps on Basic, sends the next walk-in to whoever is free, and works out each barber’s commission by itself.
- Basic at ₹99 a month plus GST, unlimited barbers
- Combos like Haircut + Beard at one price
- A walk-in queue with tokens on Plus

Barber shop billing
A barber shop billing app that keeps up with the chair
Combos, one tap
“Haircut + Beard”, “Cut + Wash + Style”: 2 to 10 services at one price. Commission is split by the services’ normal prices.
Walk-in, seated now
Tap “Walk-in” and the client is seated with the barber you choose, or with anyone free: the one with the fewest visits so far today.
Several bills at once
Open a new bill with “+” while another is still going, and hold up to 10. Each gets its number only when charged.
Tips to the right barber
Add a tip and say whose it is. Tips go on the payslip, or are handed out daily through the cash tally. They are kept out of GST.
Bills when the net drops
Cash, UPI and card bills save on the device and get their number when the connection returns.
“See you in 4 weeks”
Set “Usually back after” on a haircut. After the bill, Frizzi offers to book the next visit around then.
Walk-in queue
Tokens instead of “who was next?”
Switch on the walk-in queue (Plus) and every walk-in gets a token: 1, 2, 3… for the day. Frizzi works out each person’s wait from the barbers’ bookings. When a chair frees up, tap Call, then Start to seat them, ready to bill. If they gave up and left, tap Left.
A QR code on an A4 sheet at the door will let clients join the queue from their phone, see how many are ahead and get a message when it’s their turn. That part needs the free Frizzi client app, which is coming soon. Until then the desk adds walk-ins to the queue by hand.
- Tokens per day, per branch
- Wait worked out from bookings
- QR join once the client app is out

Commission
What a barber earns this month
Many barbers are paid salary plus commission. Put in your own numbers. In Frizzi, Basic works out one % on services from the bills; product commission is on Pro.
One stylist, one month
Pay for the month
A flat percentage on sales before GST. Real pay can also have targets, leave and late marks; Frizzi works commission out from the bills, and payroll (in Pro) adds attendance and advances.

FAQ
Questions
Is ₹99 a month really enough for a barbershop?
For most, yes. Basic has fast billing with combos, UPI, tips, offline bills, walk-ins, anyone free, the calendar, commission %, GPS check-in, stock levels and all 39 reports. The walk-in queue and packages need Plus.
Can clients join the queue by scanning a QR code?
That needs the free Frizzi client app, which is coming soon. The queue itself (Plus) works today: the desk adds walk-ins and each gets a token and a wait.
Can I bill a client without taking their number?
Yes. Bill a walk-in with no number. You lose their history, so ask regulars for theirs.
How do tips work?
Add the tip on the bill and pick the barber it’s for. By default tips go on the payslip; switch that off to hand them out daily through the cash tally. Tips are kept out of GST.
Can barbers check in from their phone?
Yes. One tap on the Home card. You can switch on GPS per branch so check-in works only within 50 to 500 metres of the shop, or use a desk tablet instead.
Does it work on a phone?
Frizzi runs in the browser today. The Android and iPhone apps are ready and coming soon to the stores. On a phone, the bill opens from the bottom bar.
