For beauty parlours
Beauty parlour software, from ₹60 threading to the bridal day
A parlour does twenty small services before lunch and one big bridal booking that takes all afternoon. Good beauty parlour software handles both. Frizzi bills the quick ones in a few taps, remembers each client’s skin, and keeps the bride, her sisters and the advance together.
- Threading, waxing and clean-ups billed in seconds
- Allergy and skin notes with a warning sign
- Packages, memberships and bride-party bookings on Plus

A parlour’s day
Beauty parlour software has to handle the small and the big
Most parlour software is built for one or the other. Your day has both.
Quick services, quick bills
Threading, upper lip, a bleach. Make a combo like “Eyebrows + Upper lip” at one price, and the bill is two taps. Walk-ins are billed without saving a client if they’d rather not give a number.
Facials that hold a chair
Give each service its real time, from 5 minutes to 12 hours. The calendar blocks the beautician for exactly that long, and never double-books her.
Wax, bleach and cream by the gram
Products for services are kept in ml or g with pack sizes. Low-stock alerts per product. On Pro, each service can deduct what it uses.
Skin and allergy notes
Know her skin before you touch it
A client who reacted to a bleach once should never be given it again because a new girl was on the counter. In Frizzi, each client’s profile has allergies and skin notes that show a warning sign, a colour formula field, and up to 2,000 characters of notes.
The profile also shows her favourite services, her usual gap between visits and when she is next due, so you can say “your facial is due next week” without guessing.
- Warning sign on allergy and skin notes
- Every past bill listed on her profile
- Up to 10 tags, like “sensitive skin”

Bridal
The bride, her party, and the advance
Book the whole party at once
A group booking (Plus) books the bride, her mother and three cousins in one go, each with her own services and beautician. Either everyone fits, or nobody is booked, so you never find out on the day that the mehndi artist was double-booked.
On the day, “Bill the group together” puts every service on one bill for the person paying.
- A name like “Bride party”
- Anyone free, or a named beautician each
- One bill for the group, or one each

Bridal packages and advances, recorded properly
Sell a pre-bridal course as a package (Plus): four facials, or “any three from a list”. Each visit uses one session and the bill shows ₹0 for it, while the beautician still earns her commission.
A deposit (Plus) for a big booking is taken at the desk by cash, UPI or card and goes into the client’s wallet, so it comes off the final bill by itself. Frizzi takes no online payments. A bill of ₹50,000 or more asks for the client’s name and address, as GST rules require.
- “Use package · 3 left” at the till
- Deposits rule: e.g. 20% over ₹2,000
- Name and address at ₹50,000 and above

Regulars
Keep regulars coming back every month
Memberships
A yearly membership with % off services. The discount starts on the very bill that sells it.
Gift vouchers
For Karva Chauth, Diwali or a birthday: ₹500 to ₹5,000, a code, sent on WhatsApp.
Wallet and udhaar
A client pays ahead, or pays next time. One balance per client, gold for wallet, red for due.
“Your facial is due”
Automatic messages when a client’s next visit is due, on her birthday, or when a package is ending.
Privacy
Your clients’ numbers stay with the parlour
Many parlour clients are women who would not want their number passed around. Frizzi is careful with it.
Staff never see numbers
Beauticians with the stylist role see names and their own work, not client phone numbers.
Offers only with a yes
“OK to send offers” is off until the client says yes. Without it, she gets reminders, not promotions.
She types it herself
A self sign-up tablet at the desk lets a new client enter her own name, number and birthday. Closing it needs a PIN.
How it works
Setting up a parlour
Group your menu
Threading, Waxing, Facials, Bridal. Mark services for Women, Men or Everyone, so the client app shows the right ones.
Make your combos
The pairs clients always take together, at one price. Each service in a combo keeps its beautician.
Add the bridal package
On Plus, the pre-bridal course as a package with a price and months valid.
Write notes as you go
Each time a client mentions an allergy, put it on her profile. It warns the next person.
FAQ
Questions
Can I bill threading without saving the client?
Yes. Bill a walk-in with no number. Saving the client is better when she comes often, because it builds her history, but it is never required.
Where do I record skin allergies?
On the client profile, under More details: allergies and skin notes. They show a warning sign so the next beautician sees them.
Can I book a whole bridal party?
Yes, with a group booking on Plus. Each person has her own services and beautician. Everyone is booked or nobody is, and you can bill the group on one bill.
How do I take a bridal advance?
Turn on deposits (Plus). Take the advance at the desk by cash, UPI or card; it goes into the client’s wallet and comes off the final bill. There is no online payment in Frizzi.
What GST does Frizzi put on parlour services?
5% (2.5% CGST + 2.5% SGST), the rate for beauty services since 22 September 2025. Products are 5% or 18% depending on the item. Confirm your own case with your CA; our GST guide explains it.
Is the app in Hindi?
Not yet. The app is in English. Prices, dates and GST follow Indian formats.
