Is Frizzi only for big salons?
No. A single shop is a salon with one branch, and Frizzi hides branch choices until you have more than one. Every extra stays out of the way until you switch it on.
What do I need to start?
A phone, tablet or computer, and your mobile number. Open business.frizzi.app, sign in with your number and the code we send, and register your salon. You get 35 days of Pro free, with no card.
Does the till work without internet?
Yes. Bills made offline are kept on the device and sent when the connection is back, where they get their invoice number. A few things need the internet, such as adding money to a client’s wallet.
Does Frizzi handle GST?
Yes. Frizzi makes tax invoices (or bills of supply if you have no GSTIN), splits CGST and SGST, uses SAC and HSN codes, numbers invoices per financial year, and gives you the monthly GST report and an export for Tally.
Can I bring my price list?
Yes. Import your services and products from Excel or CSV, or add them by hand with your own categories.
Do I need WhatsApp Business?
No. Messages can go through Frizzi, or wait in a “tap to send” list at the desk that opens WhatsApp on that phone. If you have the WhatsApp Business platform, you can connect your own number.
Where does UPI money go?
Straight to your own UPI ID (or each branch’s own). Frizzi never holds your money and never takes a share of a bill.
Is my salon’s data safe?
Each salon’s data is kept apart from every other salon’s, checked on every request and by the database itself. Staff see only what their role allows, and important actions go in an activity log. Read our privacy policy.
