Salon software in Pune with a walk-in queue clients can see
Switch on the walk-in queue and every walk-in gets a token: 1, 2, 3, starting again each day at each branch. Frizzi works out the wait from the stylists’ bookings, so “about 20 minutes” is a real estimate, not a guess at the desk.
Print the queue’s QR code on an A4 sheet and stick it by the door. Clients scan it to join from the Frizzi app, see how many people are ahead, step out for a coffee, and get a message when it’s their turn. The QR part needs the client app, which is coming soon; the token queue at the desk works without it.

“Anyone free”, fairly
A walk-in or booking for “anyone” goes to the free stylist with the fewest visits that day. No more arguments over whose turn it is.
Blocks for lunch and breaks
Block lunch, training or a meeting, once or every day. Stylists can block their own time, so the queue estimate stays honest.
Bills in a few taps
Tap the services, pick who did them, show the UPI QR. Hold up to 10 bills while the next walk-in sits down.
Staff pay in Maharashtra: Maharashtra levies professional tax on salaries. Frizzi’s payroll (Pro) doesn’t include it, nor PF or ESI, so add it as a deduction by hand each month and confirm the slab with your CA.

FAQ
Questions from Pune salons
Do walk-ins need the Frizzi app to join the queue?
No. Reception can add anyone to the queue at the desk. The QR code, where clients join and follow their place on their own phone, needs the Frizzi client app, which is coming soon.
Can a walk-in run past closing time?
Yes. A walk-in seated now can run past closing. Bookings, on the other hand, must fit inside opening hours.
How does the queue know the wait?
From the stylists’ bookings: who is free first for each person’s service, in token order. The estimate moves as the day changes.
Can students get a cheaper price?
You can make a coupon (Plus) with your own rules, or an app offer for chosen weekdays and hours in any plan. Frizzi can’t check a student ID; that stays with your desk.
