Salon software in Hyderabad that shows what each service earns

In Hyderabad, a haircut in Jubilee Hills and a haircut in Kukatpally may not sell for the same price, and they shouldn’t have to. Frizzi’s salon management software lets each branch keep its own prices, and then shows you what every service leaves you after GST, commission and products.

  • A different price and time for a service at each branch
  • Profit by service, by stylist and by client
  • Offers for quiet hours, so slow afternoons sell

Prices

Salon billing software in Hyderabad that prices like you do

Hyderabad salons often sell to very different crowds in different parts of the city. Frizzi doesn’t force one price list on all of them.

Branch prices

Any service can have its own price and time at one branch, from Banjara Hills to Dilsukhnagar. Products and combos keep one price everywhere.

Combos at a set price

“Haircut + Beard = ₹400” is one line on the bill. Each service keeps its own stylist, and commission is split by the services’ normal prices.

Offers for quiet hours

App offers can run only on chosen weekdays and between chosen hours, for example 15% off on weekday afternoons. They are in every plan and show in the Frizzi client app (coming soon).

Plus

Coupons and member prices

Coupons like FESTIVE20 with a minimum bill, dates and a cap. Member prices come off by themselves; a member discount, an app offer and a spend-level discount never stack, and the bigger one wins.

Worked example

What a ₹1,200 hair spa really leaves you

Here is a sample, with numbers you can swap for your own. Your menu says hair spa ₹1,200, and like most salons you keep GST inside the price.

  • GST at 5% inside ₹1,200 is ₹57.14, so the taxable value is ₹1,142.86.
  • The stylist earns 10% commission on the value without GST: ₹114.29.
  • Say the products used cost you ₹150.
  • That leaves about ₹878.57 towards rent, salaries and everything else.

Frizzi does this sum on every bill. Commission is always worked out after discounts and without GST, and stock values use the average cost you paid. Try your own numbers in the GST calculator and the commission calculator, and read how to price salon services.

Reports

Profit by service, not just sales

Sales tell you what came in. The profit reports tell you what stayed. Profit by service, profit by stylist and profit by client are among Frizzi’s 39 reports (every report comes with Plus), each with Excel and PDF.

The busy-hours heatmap shows which weekday hours are full and which are empty, which is where an offer belongs. In Pro, add what each service uses (60 ml of colour for a global colour, say) and Frizzi warns you when a service’s margin drops below 30%.

  • Takings, average bill and estimated profit on one dashboard
  • Compare with last month or the same dates last year
  • Low-margin alert for services with recipes (Pro)

Frizzi analytics on demo data: takings by day, top services and how clients paid

Telangana and professional tax: Telangana levies professional tax on salaries. Frizzi’s payroll doesn’t work it out, so add it as a monthly deduction by hand when you review payroll, and check the current slabs with your CA.

How it works

Setting up prices for two Hyderabad branches

  1. Import one menu

Bring in your services from Excel or CSV once, for the whole salon.

  2. Change the few that differ

Open a service and give it a branch price or time where that branch charges more or less.

  3. Check after a month

Open Profit by service for each branch and see which prices are doing their job.

FAQ

Questions from Hyderabad salons

Can one branch charge more for the same service?

Yes. Any service can have its own price and its own time at a branch. Clients see that branch’s price in the Frizzi app and on the bill.

Does Frizzi charge GST on products correctly?

Each product has an HSN code and a rate of 5% or 18%. Frizzi suggests the rate from the code or name (shampoo, hair oil and soap bars are 5%; most others 18%). Services are 5%. Read GST on salon products.

Is profit in Frizzi the same as my accountant’s?

It is an estimate from your bills, commission, expenses and stock costs. Profit and loss, analytics and payroll use the same rules, so they agree with each other. Your accountant’s books may include costs Frizzi doesn’t know about.

Which plan has the profit reports?

Plus, from ₹799 a branch a month plus GST, has every report, profit included. Basic has the daily sales and GST reports. Reports about Pro features, like recipes, fill in only when you use them.
