Salon software in Kochi that books the room with the therapist
Add your rooms, like “Massage room 1” or “Steam room”, and tick the services that need them. A booking goes in only when both the therapist and a room are free, so two long treatments are never booked into one room.
Each service carries its own time and a clean-up time after, so the room is ready for the next client. Bookings sit on a 15-minute grid, and the whole visit has to fit before closing, so a late two-hour treatment can’t be squeezed in.

Packages in Plus suit treatments that run as a course of sessions.

Sell, say, seven sessions of one treatment, or any five from a list, valid for the months you choose.
Ticked off at the till
“Use package · 3 left” makes the line ₹0. The therapist still earns commission on the session.
Repeat bookings
Book the whole course at once: every week for seven weeks. Dates that don’t fit are listed for you.
Oils and products
Know what each treatment uses
In Pro, write down what each service uses, for example 200 ml of massage oil for a full-body treatment. The stock comes off as you bill, and the therapist can change the amount if more was used. A report compares use with these recipes and flags a service that used more than usual.
In every plan, products can be counted in ml or g with pack sizes, low-stock alerts come once a day, and stock is valued at what you paid. Pro adds expiry dates per delivery, with “Expiring soon” within 30 days.

Kerala staff pay: Kerala levies professional tax on salaries. Frizzi’s payroll (Pro) doesn’t include it, or PF and ESI. Add it as a deduction by hand and check the amount and timing with your CA.

FAQ
Questions from Kochi salons
Is GST on spa services the same as on salon services?
Frizzi charges 5% on services, as CGST 2.5% and SGST 2.5%, the rate for salon and spa services since 22 September 2025. Ask your CA to confirm it for your treatments.
Can a client book a long treatment in the app?
Yes, once the Frizzi client app is out (coming soon). You choose which treatments can be booked online, and Frizzi checks that the therapist, the room and the whole time are free.
Can I see how much oil we use?
In Pro, each treatment can have a recipe of what it uses. Stock comes off with each bill, and a report shows use against those recipes.
Does Frizzi have anyone in Kerala?
No. Frizzi is set up online and help is by email at hello@frizzi.app. It works the same in Kochi as anywhere in India.
