Make a group booking called “Bride party”, add each person and their services, and give each a stylist and a time. Frizzi books everyone or nobody, so you never end up with the bride booked and her sisters left out because one stylist was busy.
On the day, “Bill the group together” makes one bill. Need the bridal room or the makeup chair by the window? Add rooms and chairs and tick the services that need them; the booking goes in only when one is free.

Worked example
A bridal booking, worked through
A sample, with made-up numbers. A bride and five relatives book bridal makeup, party makeup and hair for a Saturday in the season: ₹48,000 before GST.
- Deposit. Your rule says 20% on bookings over ₹2,000, so the desk asks for ₹9,600. The client pays by UPI, and the money sits in her wallet in Frizzi.
- GST. At 5%, the bill comes to ₹50,400 with GST.
- The ₹50,000 rule. A bill of ₹50,000 or more needs the client’s name and address on it. Frizzi asks for them before it will charge, so add the address when you take the deposit.
- On the day. “Bill now” uses the ₹9,600 from the wallet automatically. The rest is paid at the salon.
If the party cancels late, a late-cancel fee can be charged with its own GST invoice, or waived by you. Settle your rule before the season, and put it on the booking. Our cancellation policy guide has wording you can use.

Sell “any 6 from a list” of facials, hair spa and waxing, valid for three months. Each session is ticked off at the till, and stylists still earn commission on it.
Notes from the trial
Allergies and skin notes show with a warning on the profile. The look agreed at the trial goes in the notes, so the day matches.
Vouchers for the bride
Guests can gift a voucher with a code, sent on WhatsApp and valid up to 36 months.

FAQ
Questions from Jaipur salons
Can the bride pay the deposit online?
No. Frizzi has no online payment. The desk takes the deposit by UPI, cash or card, and it waits in the client’s wallet until the bill.
Can my makeup artist go to the venue?
Frizzi doesn’t plan travel to venues. Block the artist’s time on the calendar with a note, and bill the services as usual.
Why does Frizzi ask for an address on a big bill?
GST rules need the client’s name and address on a bill of ₹50,000 or more. Frizzi checks this at the till and on the server, so the bill can’t go out without them.
