For salon chains
Salon chain management software for branches you can’t stand in
With two branches you can still drive between them. With six you can’t. That is when salon chain management software earns its keep: Frizzi keeps one client list, one menu and one set of reports across your chain, while each branch keeps its own drawer, stock, hours and manager.
- “All branches” or one, from a switcher at the top
- Managers and reception see only their branches
- Same price for every branch; over 15, talk to us

Shared or per branch
Salon chain management software: what’s shared, what’s per branch
This is the question that decides whether chain software works for you. Here is exactly how Frizzi splits it.
| Shared across all branches | Kept per branch |
|---|---|
| Clients: one profile per mobile number, the same history everywhere | Opening hours, holidays and its map position |
| Wallet and dues: one balance, usable at any branch | Its own UPI ID (or the salon’s) |
| Memberships, packages, points and spend levels | Cash tally: each drawer counted on its own |
| The menu, with an optional branch price and time per service | Stock and stock value |
| Staff, who can cover more than one branch | Rooms, the walk-in queue, GPS check-in radius |
| Reports added up under “All branches”, and campaigns | Its own listing in the Frizzi client app |
Branch prices are for services only; products and combos have one price everywhere. One WhatsApp Business number per salon for now, not one per branch.
Who sees what
A manager per branch, and one owner over all of them
Owner
Every branch, every report, every setting. Commission rates are owner-only: no one else is ever sent them.
Manager
Their own branches only. Can add reception and stylists, cancel today’s bills, correct attendance. Doesn’t see GST reports, commission or profit by stylist.
Reception
Billing, clients and appointments at their branches. Discounts above 10% need a manager’s or owner’s PIN on Plus.
Stylist
Their own day, bills and earnings. Never sees client phone numbers.
Keeping branches honest
How you know a branch is fine without visiting it
Every drawer, counted every night
Each branch closes its own cash tally. You see all of them on one screen: what should be in each drawer, and whether it was counted. Short counts send you a note, and a branch that is short three or more times in 30 days gets a weekly note of its own.
Cash taken out (to the bank, or to you) is marked with who has it until you mark it received. This morning’s opening cash is locked; only an owner can change it, with a reason.
- Matches, Short ₹… or Over ₹… per branch
- Blind count, if you want staff to count first
- Day-end summary 30 minutes after closing

Numbers you can put side by side
Analytics shows takings, bills, average bill, new clients and estimated profit for all branches or one, with a branch chart once you have two. Compare with last week or the same dates last year.
All 39 reports run for one branch or all, and export to Excel or PDF for your accountant. Start with the weekly few in reports to check every week.
- Busy-hours heatmap per branch
- Money alerts when a non-owner cancels or refunds
- Excel and PDF on every report
Sample data
People and stock
Moving staff and stock between branches
Move someone for good
Move a stylist to another branch with a date and a note. Their whole work history at your salon goes with them.
Lend someone for a few days
Short-staffed on a Saturday? Lend a stylist to another branch for some days. Their salary stays at home; commission follows the bills they make.
Transfer stock
Send products from one branch to another. They show “on the way” until received, with any shortfall and a reason.
Price per branch
What your chain would pay
Every open branch costs the same, on the plan you choose. There’s no multi-branch discount and no setup fee. Pick your number of branches.
Plus, monthly
More than 15 branches
Let’s agree a price together
Chains with more than 15 branches get a price agreed with us. Write to us and say how many branches you have.
More than 15 branches, or branches in different states? Over 15 branches we agree a price with you: write to us with your branch count. Frizzi bills under one GSTIN in practice today, so if your branches sit under separate GSTINs in different states, talk to us before you start.
How it works
Setting up a chain
Add your branches
The setup takes up to 20 branches at first, each with its hours, address and UPI ID.
One menu, branch prices
Import the menu once. Where a branch charges more for a service, give it its own price there.
Managers first
Add a manager for each branch. They add their own reception and stylists.
Open branch by branch
Start the busiest branch for a week, fix what you learn, then open the rest.
FAQ
Questions
How much does Frizzi cost for six branches?
Six times the plan price, before 18% GST: ₹594 a month on Basic, ₹4,794 on Plus or ₹8,994 on Pro. Yearly is ten months’ price for twelve. You pay only for branches that are open.
Can a client use their membership at any branch?
Yes. Clients, wallet and dues, memberships, packages and points belong to the salon, so they work at every branch. Gift vouchers, coupons and offers can be kept to some branches if you want.
Can my branch manager see the other branches?
No. Managers and reception see only the branches they are given. Owners see everything, and choose “All branches” or one from the switcher.
Can each branch have different prices?
For services, yes: a service can have its own price and time at one branch. Products and combos have one price everywhere for now.
Is there a discount for many branches?
No. Every branch costs the same on your plan. For more than 15 branches we agree a price with you.
Can I move stock between branches?
On Pro, yes, with transfers that show “on the way” until received. On Basic and Plus each branch keeps its own stock levels.
Is this franchise software?
No. Frizzi runs branches you own. It has no royalty, head-office price locks or franchisee views. If you run franchises, read our franchise salon page first.
