Add money to a client’s wallet by cash, UPI or card, and send the receipt on WhatsApp. In Plus, set top-up steps, like “Add ₹5,000, bonus ₹750” or “Add ₹10,000, bonus ₹2,000”.
Bonus money is kept apart from what the client paid. It is spent first, and it can expire after a number of months you choose, so a bonus doesn’t sit on your books forever. The balance is the same at every branch, and the client sees it in the Frizzi app (coming soon).

Keeping it safe
Prepaid money nobody can misuse
A code before it’s spent
Switch it on and a 6-digit code goes to the client before wallet money, points, package sessions or a voucher are used. It lasts 10 minutes; five wrong tries end it. An owner can override, with a reason.
Two tills, one balance
Two counters can’t spend the same wallet money at once. Every entry stays in the history; mistakes are undone with a reason, never deleted.
Diwali gift vouchers
One tap for ₹500, ₹1,000, ₹2,000 or ₹5,000. Each gets a code like K7PM-4RXQ, is valid 1 to 36 months, and can be spent in parts by anyone.
Low-balance message
Tell clients when their wallet drops below an amount (₹200 by default), so they top up before their next visit.

Is GST charged when a client adds money to the wallet?
In Frizzi a top-up is a receipt, not a sale, and GST is charged on the bill where the money is spent. Confirm this with your CA for your salon.
Can family members share one wallet?
A wallet belongs to one client, by mobile number. Family members each have their own profile. A gift voucher, though, can be spent by anyone who has the code.
What if a client wants their wallet money back?
Undoing a top-up gives back what is left of the money they paid; any bonus is taken back first. Every change stays in the client’s history, with a reason.
Is the wallet in the Basic plan?
Yes. Wallet, dues and pay later are in Basic, ₹99 a branch a month plus GST. Top-up bonuses, gift vouchers and the low-balance message are in Plus.
