The same slot, every few weeks
Book a client every 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 or 8 weeks, as many times as you like. Dates that don’t fit, like a holiday or a stylist’s day off, are skipped and listed so you can place them by hand. Move one and Frizzi asks: just this one, or this and all following?
For a client who has a 9 am haircut every fourth Saturday before brunch, that is one booking made once.

Reminders they can answer in a second
The day before, clients get a reminder with Confirm, Reschedule and Cancel. A few hours before, another. A cancellation at 8 pm is a slot you can still offer to the waitlist in the morning.
Reminders go in the free Frizzi client app first (coming soon), or on WhatsApp once your salon’s own WhatsApp Business number is connected. Nothing goes out between 9 pm and 9 am, apart from time-sensitive messages.

FAQ
Questions from Gurugram salons
Can corporate clients book online?
Yes, in the free Frizzi client app, which is coming soon. They pick a stylist or “anyone free”, a day and a time, and pay at the salon. Until the app is out, the desk books them in Frizzi Business.
Can I make one bill for a company’s group visit?
A group booking (Plus) can be billed together as one bill. Frizzi bills are for individual clients: B2B invoices with the client’s GSTIN aren’t supported.
Why is there IGST on Frizzi’s invoice to my Gurugram salon?
Frizzi is registered in Delhi, so its own plan invoice to a salon in Haryana carries 18% IGST. Your salon’s bills to clients are separate: 5% on services, as CGST and SGST.
Do you have staff in Gurugram?
No. Frizzi is set up online and help is by email at hello@frizzi.app. Most salons set up their menu and team in an afternoon.
