Here is what Frizzi Business does today, in plain words. Each extra stays hidden until you switch it on, so a small salon sees a simple app and a big one gets every tool.
Billing and the till
A till made for a busy front desk: a few taps for a normal bill, and the right GST invoice every time.
One bill for everything
Services and products together, the stylist for each service, a discount on a line or the whole bill (₹ or %), and a tip with who it is for.
Cash, UPI, card or split
Split one bill between ways of paying. “Show UPI QR” fills in the amount, and the money goes straight to your own account, or each branch’s own UPI ID.
Smart hints
The till spots what the client can use: a combo, package sessions, an offer, a coupon, points or a gift voucher. One tap applies it, and the bill shows “You save ₹…”.
GST invoices, done right
Tax invoice, or bill of supply without a GSTIN. CGST and SGST worked out per line, SAC and HSN codes, and numbers per financial year that never repeat or skip.
Receipts your way
Send on WhatsApp, share a PDF, or print a 58 mm or 80 mm slip or A4. Reprints say “Duplicate”.
Hold a bill
Put a bill aside when the next client is ready first, and bring it back with a tap. Up to 10 at a time.
Bills when the internet drops
Keep billing offline. Bills are kept on the device and sent when the connection is back, where they get their invoice number.
Wallet, dues and change
Pay from the client’s wallet, leave part to pay later (udhaar), or collect an old due. Paid too much? Give change, or put the extra in their wallet.
Cancel and refund, with the record kept
Bills are never deleted. Cancelling needs a reason, refunds make a credit note, and every change is in the activity log.
Barcode scanners
A scanner gun reading a product’s barcode puts it straight on the bill.
Bill approval Plus
Stylists start bills, the desk approves and charges them. Off until you switch it on.
Discount limits Plus
Set how much each role may take off. Anything more needs the owner’s PIN.
Appointments and online booking
Every stylist’s day on one calendar, bookings from the Frizzi app, and a calm way to handle walk-ins.

Online booking
Clients book in the Frizzi app from your real free times. Two people can never take the same stylist at the same time.
Your booking rules
The least notice, how far ahead, which services and stylists can be booked in the app, and whether you accept each booking first.
“Anyone free”
Each time goes to the stylist with the fewest visits that day who does the services, so work is shared fairly.
Reminders
The day before, with Confirm, Reschedule and Cancel, and another a few hours before. In the app, or on WhatsApp for clients without it.
Service timing
Processing time and clean-up per service, so a colour’s waiting time can be used for another client. “Book next visit” at the till.
Deposits and no-show fees Plus
Ask for a deposit into the client’s wallet. Late-cancellation and no-show fees you can waive, and a count of no-shows.
Waitlist Plus
When a day is full, clients join the waitlist for the morning, afternoon or evening.
Walk-in queue with a QR code Plus
Clients scan the QR at the desk, take a token, see how many are ahead and get a message when it is their turn.
Rooms, repeat and group bookings Plus
Book rooms and chairs, a booking that repeats, or a group (a bride and her family) in one go.
Clients
Know every client: what they had, what they spent, and when they are due back.

Visit history, total spend, notes, birthday and anniversary. Find anyone by name or number in a second.
